The Human Operating System

An eight-week course for the woman who has done the work and is still asking what is wrong with her.

(Spoiler: nothing is. We have to fix the map.)

Next cohort: Novemeber 2026. Twelve women, maximum.

Okay, so what is this actually

Real talk.

This is the course I wish someone had handed me in 2014. It is the education piece. Not the therapy piece. Not the "have you tried breathwork" piece. It is the part that was supposed to be in the box and never was.

Eight modules. Each one teaches you one piece of the actual architecture of being a person. By the end you will have something most women go their entire lives without: a usable, accurate, plain-language model of how your own interior runs.

Here is what it will not do.

It will not regulate you. It will not heal you. It will not turn you into the calm mom who hands out organic snacks and never raises her voice. (That woman, by the way, is also struggling. She is just better at the duck-on-water thing.)

Here is what it will do.

It will let you stop fighting on the wrong terrain. It will let you wake up inside your same life and have a completely different relationship with it.

You will be the same person. Running on the right manual.

That, I can tell you from thirteen years of watching women finally put the wrong map down, changes a great deal.

What's inside

Module 1 — What we got sold, and why we are updating. The map you were handed without your consent. The science it was actually based on (it is from 1872). Why putting it down is the first move, and why we do that part first.

Module 2 — Why do we even have a brain. Darwin had a notebook and his own kids to watch. Lisa Feldman Barrett has a 7-tesla fMRI and can look inside alive, working brains in real time. She has all the research tea. I am giving every drop of it to you, in plain language, with the academic costume taken off.

Module 3 — The tour. All metaphors are wrong. I am going to give you one that is wrong in a way that does not matter, because what it gives you is language for your own experience that you can finally use.

Module 4 — The system under it all. Your body runs a budget. Every decision you make gets priced against it, without asking you first. This is the module where the pricing becomes visible.

Module 5 — The tour, remix. The same house, walked again, now that you can see the machinery. The rooms mean something

different the second time through.

Module 6 — The other part of the system. How meaning gets made. Nobody reads anyone. Everybody guesses. This is the

module that explains why.

Module 7 — What a person needs. Worth. Capability. Boundaries, the internal kind and the external kind. Reality. And being a self, which turns out to be a skill nobody taught you.

Module 8 — What actual self-care is. The nineties taught a whole generation of girls that caring for yourself was a look you achieved and a discipline you kept. Not one person framed it as maintenance on a body you have to live in for another forty years. We rebuild it from the ground, for the women who got that version.

What you walk out with

A different foundation underneath everything you already know.

A vocabulary for your own interior that actually fits.

The two operating questions — where am I in the house, what is the budget — running quietly in the background of your day.

A self-compassion you do not have to manufacture, hand to yourself like a daily vitamin, or perform on Instagram for it to count.

The way back into relationship with yourself, which is, it turns out, the actual prize. Because the moment you stop fighting yourself, you start showing up as the parent, the partner, the friend you have been trying so hard to be all along.

Not because you tried harder. Because you stopped fighting on the wrong terrain.

This is not therapy

I need to be very clear about the line, because the line matters.

This is education. It is not therapy.

If you are in active crisis, having thoughts of harming yourself, or looking for care for depression, anxiety, or another mental health condition, a course is the wrong tool and you deserve the right one. In the United States, call or text 988 any time. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

In here, I am not your therapist. I am your gal pal and co-traveler. Enrolling in this course does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship.

You can absolutely have a therapist while you do this work. You should, actually, if you can. What we do in here runs alongside the rest of your life. It does not replace anything.

Who this is for, and who it is not

This is for:

The therapy-aware woman who has done the work and is still asking what is wrong with her. (Nothing is.)

Mothers. Cycle-breakers. Anyone trying to do this differently than it was done to her.

The woman who can explain her attachment style at a dinner party and still finds herself at nine at night googling why am I like this.

The playfully unhinged perimenopausal woman who is starting to speak her truth.

The woman who is not there yet, but can feel something underneath that wants to be.

This is not for:

Anyone in active mental health crisis or in need of hands-on clinical care. That work belongs in a therapy room with a clinician you pay to be there.

Anyone looking for a thirty-day fix, a productivity hack, or a checklist that will solve their interior life.

Logistics

This is the founding cohort. The price goes up for every cohort after this one. Not because of a countdown, but because the work is being built in front of you and you are paying the early-version price.

 Quick FAQ

Can I do this alongside therapy?
Yes. Most students do. It runs alongside that work rather than replacing it.

Is there something smaller I can start with?
Yes. The Scoreboard is a five-lesson mini course, about an hour, for one specific problem: the days you feel worthless and cannot work out what was different about them. It is $47 and it is available now.

What if I miss a live call?
They are recorded. You will not fall behind. You also will not be in trouble. There are no grades here.

I am not sure if I am the right fit.
Read the "who this is for" list above. If it sounds like you, it probably is you. If you are still not sure, watch The Wrong Map first. Twelve minutes, free, and it will tell you faster than any sales page can.

Payment plans?
Yes. At checkout you can pay $997 in full or split it into three monthly payments of $367. Same start date, same access, same everything. The payment plan carries a small premium over pay-in-full, which is standard, and it is there because I would rather you choose what works for your real life than guess what your body budget can hold.

What if it is not right for me?
This is a digital program and all sales are final, which is why I have been so specific about who this is for and who it is not. If you are on the fence, watch The Wrong Map first, or start with The Scoreboard at $47. Both will tell you whether this is your kind of thing before you spend real money.

What happens after the eight weeks?
There is more, and it is being built. The room-by-room work, the repair material, and the prompts for the rest of the house live in a membership that opens to graduates. I will tell you about it when it exists. It is not part of what you are buying here.

Final ask

The waitlist is the next move.

If you are not ready, that is okay. Start with The Wrong Map.

There is no rush.

There is no countdown.

I am not going anywhere.

You are not a bad person who did a bad thing. You are a person who was given the wrong map.

We can fix the map.

With love,
Jackie
