Real talk.
This is the course I wish someone had handed me in 2014. It is the education piece — not the therapy piece, not the "have you tried breathwork" piece. It is the foundation that should have been in the box.
Eight modules. Each one teaches you one piece of the actual architecture of being a person. By the end of it, you will have something most women walk through their entire lives without — a usable, accurate, plain-language model of how your own interior runs.
Here is what it will not do.
It will not regulate you. It will not heal you. It will not turn you into the calm mom who hands out organic snacks and never raises her voice. (That woman, by the way, is also struggling. She is just better at the duck-on-water thing.)
Here is what it will do.
It will let you stop fighting on the wrong terrain. It will let you wake up inside your same life and have a completely different relationship with it. It will, I promise you, change what 9:47 PM feels like.
You will be the same person. Running on the right manual.
That, I can tell you from thirteen years of watching women finally put the wrong map down, changes everything.
And one more thing. I am eventually going to build a version of The Human Operating System for your millennial husband. And another one for your boomer parents. They got handed completely different programming than you did. Stay tuned for that.
Module 1 — What we got sold, and why we're updating. The map you were handed without your consent. The science it was actually based on (it is from 1872). Why putting it down is the first move and why we do that part first.
Module 2 — Why do we even have a brain. Darwin had a notebook and his own kids to watch. Lisa Feldman Barrett has a 7-tesla fMRI and can look inside alive, working brains in real time. She has all the research tea. I am giving every drop of it to you — in plain language, with the academic costume taken off — about how our brains actually work.
Module 3 — The tour. All metaphors are wrong. I am going to give you one that is wrong in a way that does not matter, because what it gives you is language for your own experience that you can finally use.
Module 4 — The system under it all. Your body's allostasis system.
Module 5 — The tour, remix.
Module 6 — The other part of the system. How meaning gets made.
Module 7 — Repair. The kind that actually works. Including, importantly, the kind you do with yourself.
Module 8 — What actual self-care is. We redefine what self-care actually is, for you, specifically. (Not the bath bomb. Not the rosé. Not the silent retreat you cannot afford.) I will give you AI prompts to figure out what you actually need — not the generic Instagram version. And I will give you conversation starters you can take into your doctor's office, your therapist's office, your acupuncturist's office — pulled from the latest research — so you walk in able to ask the right questions instead of nodding along.
I am going to say the thing it took me thirteen years — and one book I had to read several times before it actually landed — to learn.
Most of what we got taught about emotions is wrong.
Not "needs nuance" wrong. Wrong wrong. The whole foundation — that emotions are hardwired, universal, sitting inside us like little volcanoes waiting to erupt — is based on a Darwin study from 1872 and a handful of follow-ups in the 1970s that have not held up under modern testing. The science you have been measuring yourself against is older than indoor plumbing in most of the country.
The actual current science, which has been sitting in research labs for the last twenty-five years and only recently started leaking into the world, says something completely different. It says your body is not having emotions at you. It is constructing them — moment to moment, out of ingredients, in a process that you can actually learn to see.
And once you can see it — really see it — the Tuesday you keep replaying stops being evidence that you are broken and starts being information.
The framework was wrong. Not you.
This is not therapy. This is education. This is the operating manual.
A different foundation underneath everything you already know.
A vocabulary for your own interior that actually fits.
The two operating questions — where am I in the house, what is the budget — running quietly in the background of every day you have left.
The framework, working for you, the rest of your life.
A self-compassion you do not have to manufacture, hand to yourself like a daily vitamin, or perform on Instagram for it to count.
The way back into relationship with yourself — which is, it turns out, the actual prize. Because the moment you stop fighting yourself, you start showing up as the parent, the partner, the friend you have been trying so hard to be all along.
Not because you tried harder.
Because you stopped fighting on the wrong terrain.
I need to be very clear about the line, because the line matters.
This is education. It is not therapy.
If you are in active crisis, please find a therapist. If you are in danger, please call 988. I love you. I want you in the world. Please go get the care you need.
Here is the important thing about my role in this course. I am a therapist by training. In here, I am not your therapist. I am your gal pal and co-traveler — someone who knows what she is talking about clinically, and who is not providing you with clinical services.
You can absolutely have a therapist while you do this work. You should, actually, if you can. This course sits underneath that work and feeds it. It does not replace it. What we do in here runs alongside the rest of your life. It is the foundation that everything else — including very good therapy — has been missing.
This is for:
- The therapy-aware woman who has done the work and is still asking what is wrong with her. (Nothing.)
- Mothers. Cycle-breakers. Anyone trying to do this differently than it was done to her.
- The woman who can explain her attachment style at a dinner party and still finds herself at 9 PM googling why am I like this.
- The playfully unhinged perimenopausal woman who is starting to speak her truth.
- The woman who is not there yet, but can feel something underneath that wants to be.
This is not for:
- Anyone in active mental health crisis or in need of hands-on clinical care. That work belongs in a therapy room with a clinician you pay to be there.
- Anyone looking for a thirty-day fix, a productivity hack, or a checklist that will solve their interior life.
Length: Eight weeks Size: Twelve women, small on purpose Format: Pre-recorded video modules + weekly 90-minute live group call Next cohort: September 2026 Investment: $997 pay in full, or three monthly payments of $367. Same access either way.
This is the founding cohort. The price goes up every cohort after this one — not because of urgency manipulation, but because the work is being built in front of you and you are paying the early-version price.
Can I do this alongside therapy? Yes. Most students do. This sits underneath your therapy like a foundation.
What if I miss a live call? They are recorded. You will not fall behind. You also will not be in trouble. There are no grades here.
I am not sure if I am the right fit. Read Section 6. If it sounds like you, it probably is you. If you are still not sure, watch the free three-video series first. It will tell you faster than any sales page can.
Payment plans? Yes. At checkout you can choose to pay $997 in full, or split it into three monthly payments of $367. Same start date. Same access. Same everything. The payment plan is a small premium over pay-in-full — standard practice — and is there because I would rather you choose what works for your real life than guess what your body budget can hold.
The waitlist is the next move.
If you are not ready, that is okay. Start with the free videos. There is no rush. There is no countdown. I am not going anywhere.
You are not a bad person who did a bad thing. You are a person who was given the wrong map.
We can fix the map.
With love,
Jackie
